I have

• more than 25 years' secretarial and PA experience working in a
  professional management institute, a worldwide Scripture 
  publishing charity and a Christian travel business - all at Director or Leadership Team level
  
• supported the organisation of six cruises, co-ordinating the programme and other arrangements with the Master, Senior Officers and crew on board ship
  
• project managed Western European language publications from initial market research and finding translators to typing, proof-reading and distribution
  
• recorded Minutes and written papers for a diverse range of Committees as well as at International Conference and Board/Council level
  
• supported and built relationships with holiday ministry leaders and with European evangelists representing a wide range of church affiliations
  
• first hand experience of supporting executives daily facing the challenges of funding constraints, tensions between business and ministry and the difficulties of finding suitably qualified staff sympathetic to the organisation's work and ethos.  

I worship at St Stephen's Church, East Twickenham and am a charity Trustee.
